Product Description
It provides excellent spatial separation between titanium dioxide and polymer particles, with good particle size distribution and dispersibility. It forms peaks and valleys in profiles, reducing static electricity. It blends easily with polymers, thereby eliminating optical flocculation during extrusion, improving surface smoothness, and reducing surface irregularities and shrinkage marks caused by processing. It offers impact resistance, aging resistance, color stability, and strong toughness, making it suitable for calendering. With high thermal stability (chemical changes occur above 1580°C), it reduces the dimensional change rate of profiles after heating, enhances stress resistance, and provides good weather resistance. It can be widely used in high-gloss and high-weatherability material applications.
