
Product Description
This product is a submicron-sized barium sulfate, manufactured using the precision sulfuric acid process as the base material, and further refined through precise surface coating with either treated or untreated processing agents. The precision coating process endows the barium sulfate particles with superior dispersibility. After coating treatment, the ionic surfaces of the barium sulfate carry identical charges, creating mutual repulsion forces that provide excellent steric hindrance. This effectively prevents secondary agglomeration of particles within the system, while also imparting perfect powder flowability and outstanding leveling properties during coating melting. The exceptional dispersion performance maximizes the staggered combination between each particle and pigment, delivering superior hiding power. This reduces pigment consumption and further optimizes cost structures.
