R-996 is a sulfate-process rutile titanium dioxide, appearing as a white powder. It is non-toxic, chemically stable, and its surface is treated with zirconium and aluminum coating as well as special organic treatment. It features excellent whiteness, high gloss, strong hiding power, high tinting strength, easy dispersibility, and outstanding weather resistance and chalking resistance.

Product Usage
Usage: R-996 titanium dioxide is a general-purpose grade suitable for high-grade interior paints, high-solid-content coatings, powder coatings, traffic paints, marine paints, rubber, papermaking, leather industry, and other fields. It is particularly suitable for solvent-based coatings, interior and exterior high-gloss and matte latex paints, industrial coatings, inks, and plastics (such as PVC, PE, PS, and PU).
Packaging: 25 kg/bag, in paper-plastic composite bags. Alternative packaging options are also available upon customer request.
